- Reporting et analyses mensuelles: Participer à l'élaboration du reporting mensuel. Contribuer au suivi et à l'analyse des tableaux de bord sociaux: masse salariale, effectifs, heures travaillées Aider à la mise à jour et à la fiabilisation des données sociales. - Construction du budget masse salariale Participer à la préparation du budget masse salariale (période: septembre à décembre). Contribuer à l'analyse des écarts et à la consolidation des données. - Bilans sociaux et obligations légales Aider à l'élaboration des Bilans Sociaux et autres indicateurs RH réglementaires. Participer à la collecte, au contrôle et à la mise en forme des données.
