As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and ensuring excellent customer service across the Nordic region. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining the customer portfolio in SAP in close collaboration with Sales, Customers, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service. Optimizing business processes such as campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Working closely with the Nordic Sales organization and acting as the link between the Nordic business and the Bosch Power Tools headquarters in Leinfelden.
