We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Process Engineer to join our Packaging Operations Team based in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this role, you will drive packaging line performance, optimize manufacturing processes, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to reduce losses, improve efficiency, strengthen quality and food safety standards, and embed Carlsberg Excellence ways of working across the brewery.
