Do našeho týmu hledáme spolehlivou, samostatnou a organizačně zdatnou kolegyni či kolegu na pozici Asistentka/Asistent generálního ředitele. Co budete mít na starosti: Budete pravou rukou Generálnímu řediteli a vedení společnosti (především organizační a administrativní podporou). Budete zodpovídat za správu kalendáře, plánování schůzek, služebních cest a operativně řešit každodenní požadavky. Budete se účastnit porad nejvyššího vedení společnosti a vést zápisy z jednání. Budete organizovat zahraniční meetingy. Čeká vás úzká spolupráce se zástupci ostatních oddělení. Pracujeme, jako jeden tým a nikdy na to nebudete sama/sám.
