Your Area of Work Our team provides the 1 st level technical and functional support for both trading and clearing participants of Deutsche Boerse’s venues, primarily Xetra and Eurex exchanges. The job initially involves administrative support of the Client Service section, however, both technical and functional training is provided on the job so that the student is able to support the clients and do basic troubleshooting later on. The student needs to be customer-oriented since he or she will be in touch with customers as well as other technical and functional market teams on the daily basis.
