ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our Account Management team. Your mission? Build long-term partnerships with our commercial (mid-market) customers and make sure they get the most out of Rossum. You’ll be their trusted advisor—driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and helping them achieve their business outcomes with Rossum. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to create a seamless customer journey and contribute directly to Rossum’s growth.
