Als Client Care Back Office Agent werk je binnen het Solutions team. Jij bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor de 1st level client care officers, partners en eindklanten. Je analyseert vragen, lost complexe issues op en zorgt dat kennis wordt overgedragen aan je collega’s. Hierbij draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van onze service en het verhogen van de klanttevredenheid. Concreet zal je: Technische ondersteuning bieden bij complexe vragen die de front office niet kan oplossen Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op service calls en tickets Nieuwe producten ondersteunen bij de lancering en het supportmodel helpen opzetten Documentatie maken voor zowel collega’s als eindklanten (bijvoorbeeld FAQ’s, one-pagers, video’s) Actief bijdragen aan het verlagen van de cost-to-serve en verhogen van de…
