We are looking for an MPO/Crew Payroll Officer for a temporary contract with a duration until the end of 2026. The purpose of this role is to handle crew requirements on board and prepare payroll. Follow up on the wages, taxation and Belgian flag requirements. To facilitate, expedite, and support the processes involved in payment of crews to the managed vessels, including maintaining systems, records, and information. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare crew payroll and/or allotments. Maintain Vessels' correspondence regarding payroll and flag requirements. Coordinate with liaison offices, manning offices and crewing agents on reporting of crew changes and maintain ship’s crew list and needed personal information of the crew.
