The EMEA Application Scientist is responsible for providing professional customer service and technical support to IDT customers pre and post-sale regarding product recommendations and end-use, provides experimental and assay design expertise for customers, and develops technical content and training. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support, EMEA & APAC and is part of the EMEA Scientific Application Support Team and will be fully remote in Belgium.
