Assess project maturity against the selected project management methodology and provide guidance to improve compliance. Support the implementation and application of project management methodologies, including PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum practices. Provide guidance to project teams and project managers on project management processes, standards, deliverables, and governance requirements. Support compliance with IT Governance rules and organizational project management requirements. Maintain and support PMO/PPMO tools used for project planning, status reporting, risk reporting, follow-up, and organization of project management activities at project and portfolio level.…
