Reporting to the boutique management, you actively participate in the success of your boutique. Your strong operational experience allows you to manage operational and administrative topics. Key responsibilities 1. Manage boutique operational tasks Support Management daily on procedures and compliance Manage EOD - closing tasks related to operations via Mendix (discount, returns, exchanges, refunds, cash) Manage reconciliation if relevant Be a referen t for compliance topics for the team. Build and maintain high level of expertise to be able to engage and support Sales Associates. Consequently maintain a perfectly compliant environment Be able to open and close the boutique in autonomy Support Management on other key projects and topics of the boutique Audit preparation Inventory…
