Je creëert een veilige, efficiënte en motiverende werkomgeving voor alle medewerkers. Je bouwt een sterke teamgeest uit, zet verbeterinitiatieven op en zorgt dat processen optimaal verlopen. Je volgt nauwgezet de KPI’s. Je volgt het investeringsbudget nauwgezet op en werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit HSE, Kwaliteit, Operations, Maintenance en Sales om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te realiseren. Veiligheid staat binnen Brenntag altijd op nummer 1 — jij bent een voortrekker in ons veiligheidsbeleid en stuurt continu aan op verbetering.…
