The role focuses on driving footprint optimisation initiatives, supporting strategic real estate projects, reducing occupancy and facility-related costs, and ensuring accurate portfolio reporting and data governance across the network. The position supports business growth through effective real estate planning, financial analysis, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
