Responsibilities: As Head of Safety and Security Belgium, you are responsible for: You are responsible for the safety and security of all Deutsche Bank Belgium sites. You are developing, implementing and monitoring the organisation’s wellbeing and prevention policy. You ensure compliance with procedures, instructions and wellbeing legislation. Preparing and monitoring the Global Prevention Plan (GPP) and the Annual Action Plan (AAP), and you advise management and employees on safety, health, wellbeing and security matters. You conduct safety and security inspections and support internal and external audits and follow up on the related action points. You investigate safety and security incidents as well as workplace accidents, carry out risk assessments and implement corrective measures.…
