By providing high-quality technical support, you will maximize instrument uptime, exceed customer expectations, and build lasting customer relationships while contributing to scientific innovation. A Day in the Life: Perform installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, qualification, validation, and other field service activities at customer sites.
