Missie De Application Owner CRM is de eigenaar en bewaker van de goede werking, de evolutie en de adoptie van het CRM-platform binnen de organisatie. Op het kruispunt van business (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) en IT (Ontwikkelaars, Integratoren) zorg je ervoor dat de tool perfect aansluit bij de strategische en operationele doelstellingen van het bedrijf, met behoud van de integriteit en veiligheid van het systeem. Verantwoordelijkheden Je verzamelt, analyseert en prioriteert de behoeften van de verschillende gebruikersteams en vertaalt deze naar functionele en technische specificaties. Je beheert de applicatie-roadmap in samenwerking met het management en de technische teams, en arbitreert wijzigingsverzoeken op basis van toegevoegde waarde en haalbaarheid.…
