What will you be doing in this role: Interact with Chief People Office (CPO) business stakeholders to gather, review and coordinate requirements for application changes and translate these into standard solutions available in Oracle Fusion - HCM Cloud. Perform hands-on application configurations changes, covering all aspects, such as, descriptive/key flexfields (DFFs/KFFs), profiles, journeys, AI agents, security roles, and workflow/alert rules.
