JOB DESCRIPTION Manage own portfolio, including international key accounts, in autonomy and ensure client engagement through high level of customer service and satisfaction Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and brokers to prepare bespoke solutions, accurate pricing and quotations. Conduct negotiations, renewals, and amendments with brokers and clients.
