THE ROLE • Manage and develop a portfolio of mid-sized and large corporate clients, including key accounts. • Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and broker partners, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact • Lead renewal negotiations to maximize retention, portfolio value and profitability • Identify and convert cross-sell, upsell and new business opportunities within the existing portfolio • Optimize policy structures and pricing in line with client needs, risk appetite and commercial objectives • Proactively engage with clients and brokers through regular meetings, portfolio reviews and strategic discussions • Collaborate closely with Risk, Operations and other internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and an outstanding client…
