WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Legal Counsel, you will primarily support the business in matters related to civil law, with a particular focus on real estate and consumer law, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and supporting business decision-making across the Sales Market. You guide stakeholders on legal requirements, draft and review agreements, manage risks and contribute to strong governance practices. You will: Negotiate, draft and review contracts and agreements, including lease agreements from a pro-business perspective with minimal risk exposure to H&M. Conduct judicial enquiries, due diligence processes and identify legal risks and consequences. Handle and settle disputes and legal matters.…
