Du führst das standortübergreifende Team HR Systems & Payroll (4 Direct Reports) und entwickelst sowohl Mitarbeitende als auch Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Du verantwortest mit deinem Team die Payroll und Zeitwirtschaft inklusive Bonus- und Zielvereinbarungsabrechnungen und stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, kollektivvertraglicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben sicher. Du betreust unsere HR-Systemlandschaft (Workday, Infoniqa) als Key User – von Administration und Customizing über Release-Tests bis zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung. Du treibst die Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen, Systemen, Daten und Schnittstellen voran.
