Du führst unser standortübergreifendes Team (2 Direct Reports) und entwickelst Mitarbeitende fachlich und persönlich weiter. Du verantwortest die gruppenweite Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung – von Learning & Development über das LMS (Workday) bis zur Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern. Du entwickelst Talent- und Performance-Management-Prozesse weiter, einschließlich Mitarbeitergesprächen, Kompetenzen, Stellenprofilen, Nachfolgeplanung sowie Zielvereinbarungen.
