Do we have your attention? As the Teamlead of CRM, you are responsible for the strategic, technological, and operational transformation of how we communicate with our customers. You ensure that we deliver personal, relevant experiences across every lifecycle touchpoint, in a scalable, efficient, and future-oriented manner. Your focus is on proactive process improvement, the seamless technological integration of all interfaces (our ESP, Shopify, loyalty platform, WhatsApp, etc.), and growing Customer Lifetime Value through smart automation and excellent content.
