Your mission As a Growth, Engagement & Retention Senior Product Manager, you own Bitpanda’s rewards flywheel. You turn activity across our product offerings into a single measure of loyalty value, and that value into the reason a customer stays, pays, and brings others with them. Your north star is a power user: someone deeply engaged. Revenue diversification and customer lifetime value are your measures of progress.
