Du arbeitest aktiv im Team der physischen Logistik und unterstützt unsere Prozessplaner*innen bei der Optimierung unserer Material- und Informationsflüsse direkt im Werk. Prozess- und Datenanalysen werden von Dir eigenständig durchgeführt, um unsere Versand-, Fertigungs- und internen Logistikprozesse zu synchronisieren. Dein Ziel ist dabei stets, Arbeitsabläufe zu stabilisieren, Taktzeiten zu reduzieren und Verschwendung zu minimieren. Du bist eine tatkräftige Unterstützung für das Team, übernimmst eigenständig Teilprojekte (z.B. im Bereich Verpackung, Transport oder Qualitätsmanagement) und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten.
