Führung: Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von drei Gruppenleiter:innen, fördern deren Weiterentwicklung und sorgen für eine zukunftsorientierte Ausrichtung Ihres Bereichs. Reporting: Sie verantworten das monatliche Reporting, analysieren die Unternehmensentwicklung, identifizieren Chancen und Risiken und leiten aus Steuerungskennzahlen fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Planungsprozesse: Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für Budget-, Forecast- und Mittelfristplanung, koordinieren die Planungsprozesse mit den Fachbereichen und leiten aus Plan-Ist-Abweichungen geeignete Steuerungsmaßnahmen ab.
