As an Associate-Director in the FX & DA Trading department, you will be in charge of the eFX Spot team. Reporting directly to the Head Spot Vice-Director, you will supervise the operational activities and manage people in accordance with your senior management. Key responsibilities Team Management: Leading and supporting the eFX Spot team: Fostering a positive work atmosphere where employees feel motivated, valued, and connected to the team and the organization.
