Your area of responsibility As Investment Vice President, you will be responsible for supporting the team throughout the investment lifecycle, starting from sourcing and execution of transactions to post-closing value creation and asset management tasks all the way to potential opportunistic sell-downs, with a particular focus on opportunities in the Swiss and German markets. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following key responsibilities: Deal sourcing & execution Identify and originate attractive investment opportunities in the energy infrastructure sector, leveraging your network and market insights Lead transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment memoranda for the Investment Committee Manage due diligence processe…
