About the Role We are looking for a commercially driven OTC Crypto Trader to join our team in Zug. In this role, you will be directly responsible for growing the desk’s PnL and executing block trades across digital asset markets. You will be entrusted with large ticket sizes and expected to operate with professionalism, discretion, and a sharp commercial instinct. Key Responsibilities Manage risk effectively on large ticket transactions, ensuring best execution and competitive pricing Monitor markets and maintain awareness of macro and crypto-specific developments affecting trading Collaborate with internal teams including technology, compliance, and operations Requirements Minimum 2 years of trading experience, ideally on a flow or block trading desk Traditional finance or non-crypto trad…
