At H&M, our New Development function is dedicated to strengthening the brand, driving innovation and exploring new opportunities for growth. Within this function, the Commercial Advisor Licensing plays a key role in supporting and driving our licensing business in close alignment with our brand direction and commercial goals. You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager, Customer Groups and cross‑functional teams to develop, manage and grow long‑term licensing partnerships. This is a business‑driven role at the intersection of brand, strategy and execution – ideal for someone who combines strong commercial judgement with cultural and fashion awareness.
