Job Scope Why does the role exist? High level purpose of function. The Manufacturing technician is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production and maintenance operations. This position covers a broad technical scope, including production support, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and continuous improvements in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems. Technicians act as first-line responders to equipment and process issues, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum output and high quality.
