Assignment Description In this role, you will play a central part in the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that people, processes, and workforce planning are effectively aligned with program objectives and long-term strategic goals. You will work closely with Program Management, PMO, Program HR, and local HR teams, helping to create structure, drive operational excellence, and support the continuous development of program capabilities.
