We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of Encore, Spotify's design system. In this role, you'll define the vision and roadmap for the design infrastructure that powers product development across the company. You'll work at the intersection of design, engineering, accessibility, and artificial intelligence, ensuring that our systems are built not only for the people using them today, but also for the AI-assisted workflows shaping how software will be built tomorrow.
