🚀 About the role We’re looking for an intern to support across Talent Development, Leadership Programs, and Onboarding, helping us run key people initiatives while improving how we work behind the scenes. This role combines operations, coordination, and process improvement, with exposure to core Talent topics like internal mobility, leadership development, and onboarding experience. You won’t just execute — you’ll help us make our processes smarter and more scalable. 🎯 What you’ll do 1.
