We are looking for a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will own the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of our total rewards strategy across Spain and all locations, ensuring we remain competitive and compliant. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of analytical rigour and people experience.
