Responsibilities Help customers with everything from product on boarding to troubleshooting tech issues Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups Solve tricky cases Communicate via phone & email (mostly inbound) Document cases and keep things structured You'll be happy in this role if you: Actually enjoy helping people Can stay calm when things get messy Like figuring things out Prefer a smaller, close-knit team over a huge corporate setup Want stability
