¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Como Night Auditor formarás parte esencial de la operación del hotel durante la noche. Entre tus responsabilidades estarán: Dar la bienvenida y atender a los huéspedes durante el turno nocturno. Gestionar check-ins y check-outs. Garantizar la seguridad y tranquilidad del hotel durante la noche. Realizar el cierre diario de caja y auditoría nocturna. Revisar facturación, producción y procedimientos administrativos. Gestionar incidencias y peticiones de huéspedes. Coordinarte con otros departamentos para asegurar la continuidad operativa. Preparar la operativa para el equipo de mañana. Contribuir a los objetivos del departamento y del programa ALL. Queremos personas que no se limiten a “cubrir una noche”, sino que quieran aportar valor real al equipo y al hotel. ¿…
