About the Role: The Record to Report- Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for driving end-to-end Record to Report processes, ensuring operational efficiency, standardisation, and continuous improvement. The role supports finance operations delivery, manages key performance metrics and acts as a key liaison between Controllership, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and WE DO teams. The Subject Matter Expert (SME) also leads system and process enhancements, particularly within Oracle General Ledger and Blackline, to improve quality and optimise performance.
