UL Solutions is seeking a Software Technical Specialist to provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for the CableBuilder application, delivering day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, development, and customer assistance for external customers. The role is responsible for managing a broad range of support activities, from initial incident diagnosis and issue resolution through to complex technical investigations, root cause analysis, bug fixes, and defect resolution. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, database, and configuration issues affecting customer environments.
