Your mission We are looking for an experienced and driven Plant Manufacturing Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at our Poland facility (Kobierzyce - Magnice). The focus of this role is to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality battery energy storage systems (BESS) and inverters. You will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and lead the team to meet production targets, financial budgets, and strategic priorities.
