What will you be doing in this role? Accountable for Service Configuration Management and the CMDB. Defining, executing, monitoring, and continuously improving the Service Configuration Management practice. Establishing, tracking, and reporting on Service Configuration Management and CMDB KPIs. Ensuring that the CMDB contains accurate and up-to-date information. Ensuring that service trees are maintained and kept up to date.
