Your mission We are an international manufacturing company currently establishing a new production facility in Poland (Kobierzyce - Magnice). We are looking for an experienced Process Engineering Manager / Head of Process Engineering to lead the setup and development of the local process engineering function. This is a key leadership role, responsible for building the process organization from the ground up, driving technology transfer, supporting plant start-up, and ensuring high standards of process quality, efficiency, and cost control.
