Gypsy Collective is looking for an Accountant Manager to build and maintain financial dashboards in Tableau. This role is focused on Xero accounting, payments, reconciliations, and month-end close, with gradual handover of full accounting responsibilities: Own and maintain accounting in Xero Manage AP / AR processes and execute payments (banks, cards, PSPs, crypto) Control cash balances across bank accounts Perform bank and payment reconciliations Handle revenue recognition and affiliate balances (accruals & settlements) Lead month-end close and ensure data accuracy Review and maintain the existing reporting framework in Xero Document and improve accounting processes Gradually take over the full accounting cycle
