Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor / Working Foreman with experience in concrete and formwork projects This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical work on-site with leadership responsibility. You will take a key role in smaller projects (typically NOK 1-20 million), where you work alongside your team while ensuring progress, quality, and safety. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily work on-site (typically small teams) Actively participate in production work (concrete and formwork) Follow up project schedules and ensure steady progress Order and manage materials (concrete, reinforcement steel, etc.) Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures Maintain checklists and required documentation Participate in site meetings and c…
