Location: Hengelo, Netherlands About Thales: Thales designs highly advanced radar systems and optical sensors that are part of a complete and integrated defense system. The product portfolio ranges from small portable radars for applications such as border or object surveillance to complex four-dimensional radars capable of detecting small objects at distances from hundreds up to thousands of kilometers. Within the software department, the Sensor Processing group is responsible for software development of the optimal control and digital processing functions within the sensors. This work is carried out in multidisciplinary teams collaborating with specialists in system engineering, functional sensor design, and the design and implementation of real-time systems.…
