About the Role As Components & Systems Sales Manager, you own the commercial success of our components and systems portfolio. You define the go-to-market approach, build and manage the pipeline, and win contracts with OEMs, system integrators, defense primes and government customers. Working closely with Commercial Head, Business Development, Sales Engineering and Bid Management, you translate customer requirements into competitive technical-commercial offers and negotiate deals that deliver long-term value.
