The Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Danaher companies, allowing those sites to meet their Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. The Lean DBSL is specifically responsible for the deployment of the appropriate DBS tools within the Operations teams across Hardware Solutions. This position reports to the VP, DBS - Hardware Solutions and is part of the Hardware Solutions DBS team within Cytiva located in Medemblik, Netherlands and will be an on-site role. #LI-KS1 What you will do: Partner with the VPs of Operations to drive targeted improvement in Safety, Quality, OTD, Inventory and Productivity across the 5 main manufacturing sites in Hardware…
