Integrated Risk (IR) provides a Group-wide view of ING’s risk profile, connecting governance, methodologies and risk insights to support senior and board-level decision-making. Within IR, Integrated Risk Oversight (IRO) focuses on oversight of credit risk models (IRB and IFRS9). The Team Within IRO, the Model Strategy & Monitoring team steers the regulatory model strategy, ensures that group-wide modelling and monitoring methodologies, model life cycle governance and frameworks remain robust and forward-looking, and oversees & controls model use across ING’s global organisation. As part of this team, the Risk Model Strategy Expert combines deep technical expertise with regulatory judgement and strategic insight.…
