The Corporate Affairs team offers a unique working experience within ING. We are seeking a confident and skilled Corporate Secretary to the Management Board (EB/MBB) to drive effective governance and experience “an MBA on the job”. As Corporate Secretary, you will gain exposure to strategic decision-making and collaborate closely with senior leaders and act as trusted advisor to the EB/MBB and together with the team you play an important role in supporting ING’s corporate boards. This role is ideal for a professional with preferably a legal background or experience in legal practice, who is ready to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and highly sensitive and confidential environment at the heart of ING.…
