Why this role exists Product Designer owns the end-to-end experience of Valis: from the first time a CEO sees it, through the admin setting it up, to the moment an employee uses it every day. What you will do Customer journey Map the journey for each type of user: CEO and founder, client admin, end user, and our own deployment team. Keep it current as the product changes. Sit in on client rollouts and install sessions. Watch real people use the product, and turn what you see into clear, prioritised problems for engineering.…
